Beginning in 1999 at our 25th Anniversary event, we began honoring individuals and organizations who were directly connected to the founding of Julie’s and our growth as an organization. Over the years, the award expanded to include those who contributed to the vitality of Julie’s by investing their time, talent, and financial resources as well as “Community Angels,” whose work, dedication, and passion provide empowering opportunities for families to transform their lives and transition to more nurturing, stable home and community environments. We are grateful for all of our “Angels!”
