Post Employment Services:
Experience has demonstrated that participants who have successfully obtained jobs require ongoing support and advocacy to successfully maintain employment and healthy family functioning.  Julie’s has established case management services to help sustain and develop positive outcomes for families who have worked very hard to attain employment.  Those who maintain their employment are active testimonies of what our other participants can accomplish.  The firsthand experience of achieving economic independence and acquiring education serves as an inspiration to others.

Active Alumnae Support:
Julie’s relationship with its families does not end when our participants graduate from our program.  There are still challenges that our families may face once they graduate, and in order to continue to offer a helping hand, Julie’s provides an active alumnae support group.  Our alumnae support service is available to our family graduates who are currently employed or attending school and seek support on an as-needed basis. Services include crisis counseling, tutoring for themselves or their children, housing advocacy, information and referral services, emergency food and holiday donations, and extended childcare.
